Okay, grumbling about it now was probably not the best idea but it was hard not to let some of the frustration out as she caught the staff, swinging it in an arc at a couple putties.
She could get used to using something like this though. Having some extra range was good, especially when you were still getting your feet wet with how things worked here.
Billy laughed his approval as he worked his way through. It was difficult, and he'd need to visit the medical bay, but they were doing fine. The putties would have to wait and get them another day.
Finally, he heard a strike, and the last one fall.
She glanced around, checking for any more of them or if they'd get back up, expecting some to be revived like the ones back in her Angel Grove. Luckily not.
"I'm good, tougher than I look. What about you?" She'd ended up a good deal more durable since she found her coin but there were differences they'd already discovered.
Billy's relief was obvious. He ran through his mental checks, and they largely came up satisfactory...but there was one issue. His shoulder twinged a little.
"Minor strain, but that can be fixed easily enough. We have a medical bay---you did, right?"
"Uh..." They hadn't needed any kind of real medical attention since finding the coins, and they hadn't done any exploration of the ship beyond the zords, the command room, and the pit.
"Maybe? I mean, it's a big ship. There must be one somewhere, right?"
